Electron Bluetooth Lamp Controller

Electron Bluetooth Lamp Controller is a simple crossplatform desktop and web application for controlling bluetooth lightbulbs and other generic bluetooth devices.

Runs locally on the web in the browser and as a standalone app wrapped by Electron. Wireshark was ued to capture and sniff Bluetooth packets and pairing requests and communication was done through the Web Bluetooth API.

Created as a Honors project during COVID for CS488 Computer Networks and the Internet and CS389 Software Engineering at Pace University.
